At SpaVi, we specialize in delivering the ultimate spa experience right to your doorstep. With our at-home spa services, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a luxurious spa treatment without leaving your home. To ensure that your service runs flawlessly, we arrive at your location 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please wear the appropriate attire and remove all distractions during your service to maximize your enjoyment. Book your appointment with us today!
FORMS
At SpaVi, we strive to ensure that all of our clients have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, we will provide you with the necessary forms to fill out before your services. These forms must be completed in order to receive any treatment from the spa.
TIME OF SERVICE
At SpaVi, we believe in providing our clients with exceptional service and an overall excellent experience. During your treatment, we give you the option of having a walk-through of our products and techniques used every step of the way or using a headset to relax and unwind. We do allow the use of cellular phones, cameras, and recording devices as long as they do not interfere with the service. Our therapists will cover you at all times and uncover only the areas to be worked on during your treatment. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of comfort and relaxation during your visit to SpaVi.
UPON OUR DEPARTURE
At SpaVi, we strive to provide a serene and peaceful atmosphere for our clients. We appreciate your business and are committed to ensuring that your experience is exceptional. Before our departure, we kindly ask that you complete a comment card located in our website. Your feedback is critical to our success, and we appreciate any suggestions or comments you may have. CANCELLATION POLICY
At SpaVi, we understand that life happens and schedules change. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
REFUNDS
At SpaVi, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. While all product purchases are non-refundable, we offer store credit within 7 days of the retail purchase date for products that have not met your needs, provided that the product is in its original packaging. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
PAYMENTS
Thank you for choosing SpaVi for your spa needs. We accept payment for all of our services and products exclusively through our website, ensuring a safe and secure transaction process.
PRICES
Prices do not include taxes and are subject to change.
TIPS
It is customary to tip your spa therapist at the end of your service. While the tip is not included in the prices listed, it's a great way to show your appreciation for a job well done. Typically, a 15-20% tip is customary, but it is ultimately up to your discretion. You can give cash or send it through ATH movil. Thank you for choosing SpaVi, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
ADMISSION
At SpaVi, we strive to create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere for all of our clients. Please note that if you are under the age of 21, you will need to have written consent from your parents or legal guardians in order to receive services. Additionally, clients under the age of 13 can only receive facials and must be accompanied by an adult. We do not tolerate any use of controlled substances or alcohol, and our therapists reserve the right to vacate the premises if there is any reasonable suspicion.
PETS
At SpaVi, we strive to provide a relaxing and peaceful environment for all of our clients. Please note that pets are not allowed in the area of service, with the exception of guide dogs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our spa a safe and calm space for all.
DISCLAIMER
At SpaVi, we are committed to providing the best possible spa experience for all of our clients. To ensure this, we have a team of trained, certified, and licensed professionals who follow protocol to maintain a safe and healthy environment. However, due to factors beyond our control, such as skin sensitivity, allergies, or adverse reactions, there is a chance that you may experience redness, irritation, bruising, or infection. If you experience any of these symptoms over certain period of time, please consult your doctor. We prioritize your safety above all else. We do not diagnose or treat any medical condition.
